Return & Exchange Policy

Overview
  • We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • Free shipping on orders over ₹1,000 remains applicable on original orders; refund adjustments may apply if items are returned.
Eligibility
  • Exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return eligibility: Damaged on arrival, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item sent.
  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof required: Unboxing video/photos clearly showing the issue and the shipping label.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Used, washed, or soiled products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Customized or tampered items (if any).
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories/freebies.
  • Items reported beyond the 7-day window.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and order details.
  • We will verify and offer: replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
How to Raise a Request
  • Email or message our support with:
    • Order ID, full name, and phone number
    • Reason for exchange/return
    • Photos/video (and unboxing video for damage claims)
  • Our team will respond during support hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Pick-up & Shipping
  • For approved cases, we’ll arrange a pickup where available.
  • If pickup is unavailable at your pincode, please self-ship using a trackable courier; share the AWB number.
  • For verified damage/incorrect item cases, we cover the reverse shipping.
  • For size/style exchanges (no defect), reverse shipping may be chargeable.
Exchange Options
  • Same product, different size/variant (subject to stock).
  • Alternate product of equal value.
  • For higher value exchanges, you can pay the difference via COD/UPI/credit card/EMI.
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only for approved damaged/incorrect items when replacement isn’t possible.
  • Method: Original payment method (COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer).
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after quality check at our warehouse.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Quality Check
  • All returned items undergo QC. If the item fails QC (used/washed/soiled/missing parts), the request will be declined and the product will be returned to you.
Order Cancellations
  • You may cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; please raise an exchange/return as per policy.
COD Orders
  • Exchanges are supported.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed via UPI/bank transfer—please share accurate details when requested.
Warranty
  • No manufacturer warranty is provided unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
Important Notes
  • Color/print may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting; this is not considered a defect.
  • Tarpaulin, raincoats, and protective covers are functional products; minor wrinkles/packaging folds are normal and not defects.
  • Please check size/model compatibility before ordering; we currently do not offer custom sizing for non-standard vehicles.
